DevOps Transformation

Challenge

UVeye was facing significant challenges with their software delivery process. Manual deployments were error-prone, time-consuming, and often resulted in production issues. They needed to modernize their development practices to stay competitive.

Solution

We implemented a comprehensive DevOps transformation, including automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, containerization with Docker, and K3S for orchestration their prodct which were designed for an on prem due to security matters. We also introduced infrastructure as code and automated testing practices.
